Our Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services provide end-to-end solutions for wearable devices, including:

Exterior and Mold Design (8 weeks):

Create 2D and 3D appearance designs based on customer requirements（2 weeks）

Develop PCBA structure and mold design drawings for production.（2 weeks）

Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for mass production. （4 weeks）

PCBA Hardware Design (8 weeks):

Select components and create hardware schematics tailored to functionality and performance goals.

Design PCBA layouts and prepare prototypes for trial production.

Firmware Customization (8 weeks):

Develop and finalize firmware based on client feedback.

Debug hardware and integrate components like GPS, sensors, and LCDs.

APP and Cloud Server Customization (8-12 weeks):

Customize UI and features for the AI CARE APP.

Deploy and integrate cloud servers and app functionalities.

Prototyping and Testing:

EVT (4 weeks): Prototype assembly and functionality validation.

DVT (4 weeks): Produce 100 units to ensure reliability and safety.

PVT (4 weeks): Small-batch production of 200 units for mass production feasibility.

Mass Production Preparation (4 weeks):

Optimize quality control processes to ensure reliability and minimize defects.

Finalize golden samples and production agreements.
